Tracking your Return Shipment
We recommend returning your order using a trackable shipping method so that you can locate your package in the event there are any issues in transit. Liability for the return shipment rests with the customer until it has been received by Vellow from your courier of choice.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges not due to defect or error on our part (i.e. exchange for another product or size, etc.) will be paid by the customer.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. fault with the product, wrong item sent, etc.) please contact service@vellow.com to request a free return shipping label.
While our manufacturing partners inspect each item to ensure our customers receive a quality product free from defects, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. While unintended, we certainly offer our apologies and will work to maintain your confidence in our brand.
For returns to Canada from our US and International customers, please be sure to add “Canadian Goods Returning” to the address on your shipment to avoid customs/duties charges re-entering Canada.

Cycling apparel sizes vary significantly from brand to brand. Save yourself the cost and frustration of having to exchange items due to poor fit by referring to our Size Guide before you order.
For each item, we provide two methods to find your perfect fit. If you have any questions or need help finding the right fit, email us at service@vellow.com and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
Pull out the tape and note several key body measurements (chest, waist, hips, upper thigh, bicep, height, etc.). Cross reference your measurements against the size range in the tables provided.
Perhaps the most accurate way to ensure you order the appropriate size is to compare the physical dimensions of our finished product to an article of bike apparel you already own that fits you well.
